For almost two decades, I have worked as a private chef, a role that extends far beyond cooking. It requires a deep understanding of people, how they eat, live, travel, entertain, and care for their health. I design and execute highly personalized cuisine that adapts to changing seasons, dietary needs, family dynamics, and lifestyles, often within the intimate rhythm of a client’s home including travel.
A private chef must be equal parts chef, planner, problem-solver, and trusted presence. Anticipating needs, maintaining discretion, and delivering consistency at a professional level day after day. Over time, this work becomes less about individual dishes and more about stewardship: creating food that supports well-being, connection, and ease, while holding a standard of excellence that clients come to rely on.
The scope of my work has taken me into the homes and travels of athletes, executives, and families with international lives, where discretion and adaptability are essential.

ollaborating with interior designers, builders, and kitchen companies I consult on kitchen layout, organization, and flow to ensure spaces function as beautifully as they look. Drawing on decades spent working in professional and private kitchens, as well as formal training Feng Shui and organization, I help shape environments that support how people actually cook, eat, and move through their day.
My role is practical and experience-based—translating design intent into real-world usability. When a kitchen is thoughtfully planned, daily cooking becomes more intuitive, routines are easier to maintain, and the space naturally supports better, more consistent eating over time.
